We’re based in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and are members of National Association of Home Builders, National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Home Builders Association of Virginia, and Shenandoah Valley Builders Association.
Jim Maust and a partner founded Venture Builders in 1988, and Jim assumed sole ownership in 1991. During the 35 years Jim has been building and remodeling houses, he’s earned several certifications
from the National Association of Home Builders, including Certified Graduate Remodeler, Certified Graduate Builder, and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist.
Jeremy Blosser, joined the company in 2008 as estimator and production manager. He has an extensive background in remodeling, construction, and excavation. Jeremy is a Certified Green Builder and has completed the Earthcraft Certification Coursework. He operated his own remodeling businesses in New York and southwestern Virginia for six years.
Trisha Blosser works as Office and Marketing Manager and is often the
first point of contact on the phone. With her background in non-profits,
she brings a unique perspective on community relations, promotion
and administration.
