Our company exists to provide professional, considerate, and dependable construction and remodeling services to our clients. Our goal is to get your project completed on time, in a professional manner, with as little inconvenience to you and your family as possible. Meet the Venture Team
Jeremy Blosser
Owner
Jeremy is a dedicated construction professional who embarked on his career at a young age, driven by his unwavering passion for building and fixing things. In 1995, he began his journey with a local excavating company, where he honed his skills in blueprints, excavating, and utility installation.
Just before marrying Jim’s eldest daughter, Trisha, Jeremy transitioned from excavation to the remodeling and construction industry. In 2000, he joined forces with his future father-in-law, Jim, at Venture Builders Inc. Subsequently, Jeremy and Trisha left the valley, and he successfully established remodeling companies in both Cooperstown, NY, and Abingdon, VA. As their family expanded, so did their yearning to return to their roots in The Valley.
Upon their return, Jeremy rejoined Venture Builders in 2008, assuming multiple roles, including estimator, sales, and production manager. His unwavering dedication and ambitious spirit ultimately led to his acquisition of Venture Builders from his father-in-law, Jim Maust, in 2019. Today, Jeremy leads the company with integrity, guided by the principles instilled by Jim.
With nearly three decades of experience in the profession, Jeremy brings extensive expertise to the table. He holds notable accreditations as a Certified Green Professional and is Earthcraft Certified. He is committed to supporting the local construction industry and previously held the position of president within the Shenandoah Valley Builders Association. His community involvement extends to serving on the board of both the Shenandoah Valley Builders Association and Gemeinschaft Home.
Beyond his professional life at Venture Builders, Jeremy finds joy in spending time with his family and friends, attending music events, and camping.
Laela Moghaddam
Interior Designer, Sales and Estimating
Laela has a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from James Madison University. She has been with Venture since 2015, designing our projects, and assisting with Sales and Estimating. Laela loves to transform spaces and see them come to life based on your needs and desires. She has great appreciation for functioning spaces and will help refine and implement your ideas to create a space that is design cohesive and is reflective of who lives in the home. A space that is not only designed beautifully but wears beautifully as well that lives up to its full potential. From planning through project completion, Laela’s top priority is to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with the finished project.
Kevin Eby
Lead Carpenter
Kevin is a dedicated carpenter with a passion for transforming spaces. As our lead carpenter, he’s a familiar face on-site, guiding each project with his strong craftsmanship and welcoming demeanor. Kevin holds a degree in Disaster Management from Heston College and is an EMU graduate.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Kevin expertly manages our projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. Beyond his professional life, he’s a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
In his downtime, you’ll often catch Kevin pursuing his creative outlets of singing and playing the guitar or cheering on the Washington Commanders.
Sarah Brenneman
Marketing & Communications
Sarah works with Venture Builders Inc. in marketing and communications, helping manage the company’s digital presence in an ever-evolving landscape. With a background in music education and the fine arts, she has always been drawn to creative expression. Her path eventually led her to digital marketing, where she now focuses on content creation, branding, photography, and building client connections. Sarah enjoys telling the story of each project, capturing the “before, after, and everything in between” to share with audiences.
Outside of work, she values time with her family in the Shenandoah Valley and beyond! She loves to travel, cook and continues to share her love of music through teaching private voice-lessons.
