Timberville, VA Two-Bathroom Renovation

This Timberville, VA remodeling project began with two adjoining full bathrooms and one shared challenge: the existing layout limited the size of the primary bathroom, where the homeowners needed it most. To make better use of the home’s existing footprint, we relocated the wall between the rooms and converted the hall bathroom from a full bath into a half bath. The redesigned primary bathroom gained a larger Onyx shower with built-in storage, a bench, grab bar and handheld shower-head. Crystal cabinetry and a mirrored medicine cabinet provide practical storage, while durable LVP flooring completes the clean, polished space. In the hall half bath, a compact corner sink preserves valuable floor space while a mirrored medicine cabinet adds hidden storage. LVP flooring and soft green walls give the smaller room a fresh, inviting feel. By rebalancing the square footage between these adjoining bathrooms, the homeowners gained a more comfortable primary bathroom and a thoughtfully designed hall half bath without expanding the home’s footprint.
